Consulting

The seed-bed of our business, our consultants provide practical, pragmatic advice, integrating the specific characteristics of the organisation and the requirements inherent in its environment. Their work is rooted in methodologies either tested or designed by our services, and does not stop after we have reach a deliverable: the analysis of results and future recommendations are all part of our service.

Communication Consulting | The term 'communication' is very broad. We focus on creative communication (for advertising or marketing purposes) and on methods of influencing the public.
Campaigns & media planning | Planning external communication campaigns involves the intelligent use of messages, targets, objectives, channels and formats.
Market Education | How can the market be prepared for the introduction of new concepts, products and services? How can the customer base be maintained at the knowledge level necessary for its renewal?

Project Management | All Sinople's assignments are managed by a Project Manager who applies our own methods, born of our consultants' experience of PMI and PRINCE2 methodologies.
Change Management | The project management focuses on internal instrumental aspects (Planning and Organisation), while factors for failure lie essentially in external issues of communication and acceptance in the rest of the organisation.

Roll-out

Roll-out stages cover all the operations, whether or not these have resulted from the consulting work: creative and editorial formatting as well as the development of any IT applications required.

Graphics Creation & Production | For printed matter (illustration, layout, prepress, brochures, posters, magazines, newsletters, etc), electronic channels (Web design Web and e-mail, Flash, etc) and for text (copy, titling, slogans).
Development | Principally for the Web, we develop interactive applications in a range of technologies, always focusing on usability and user experience.
