Drawing on extensive experience in the Internet media industry, our consultants approach projects from a strategic angle and help to position it in the organisation's overall policy.   • Strategy & Processes | Every organisation has its own DNA structure (market, offering, clients, competitors, situation and background). Its strategies make use of different channels. Sinople joins Internet media to these strategies, optimising its use within the organisational structure concerned.
  • Audits, Benchmarks & Intelligence | The need to stand out from the competition, or to be different, involves monitoring its movements and activities. More than just a map of an industry, competitor intelligence involves the ordering organisation (audit), the competition (intelligence) and the state of the art conditions (benchmark). Project

In our approach, every Project is an integral part of a Program. So it is a case of fitting the Project into the organisation's Program. To do this, Sinople applies a rigorous but discrete methodology, in which the procedures serve the players without overburdening them. It makes it possible to avoid the pitfalls specific to web projects and to guarantee the project's success.
  • Web Project Management | Managing Web projects is a complex task, given the existence of a large number of different specialisations. These must all be understood and brought together so that they can interact. Further, Project Management must enable to client to make the project his own. This is one of Sinople's major skills.
  • Web Change Management | Change management within a Web project involves the analysis and mastery of the human factor. The natural constraints which prevent individuals from adopting new conditions must be identified, and a sense of personal or collective support engendered in the final beneficiaries (users or external target). This aspect contributes to the final cost effectiveness of the tool.

Roll-out

Contrary to received wisdom, the creation of interfaces and development of solutions, although essential, are chronologically secondary. They follow directly on from the analysis stage. The talent of graphic designers and technicians, and their involvement in the early stages, contribute to the delivery of End Deliverables that meet the Sinople quality philosophy.
  • Creation | Starting from diagrammatic representations of the content and its organisation, the graphic designer creates a balanced, original interface which anticipates visitors' intentions. Sinople ensures that this creation stage takes place under the best conditions.
  • Production | Once the general visual aspect has been decided on, the production of models, templates and content can begin, as well as integration into formats appropriate to the developments.
  • Development | Development is the practical implementation of the early stages, and also includes testing and performance.
  • Managed Services | Sinople and its partner, Nerve, together forming the consortium Internext, offer IT management services such as: hosting, e-mail, group ware, activity analysis, security, domain names, application services, CMS etc.
